We collect information necessary to provide the PresenceCore service: • Account information: your name, email address, and company details provided during registration. • Character configuration: the identity, personality, and behavioral settings you define for your AI characters. • Conversation data: messages sent through the API, along with generated responses. • Derived data: memories, relationship states, emotional states, and reflection logs generated by the PresenceCore engine. • Usage data: API calls, token consumption, and billing activity. • Contact inquiries: name, email, and message content submitted through our contact form. • Ava spokesperson widget data: when you interact with our AI spokesperson (Ava) on the landing page, your conversation is transcribed and stored. If you voluntarily share your name, company name, phone number, or email address during the conversation, that information is captured and stored with the transcript for lead follow-up. Your IP address is also retained as metadata for abuse prevention. We only capture contact information you explicitly provide. To have your spokesperson conversation and any contact details you shared deleted, contact us through the contact form.
We use your information to: • Operate the PresenceCore service, including memory storage, relationship tracking, and AI response generation. • Process payments and manage your subscription. • Provide technical support and respond to inquiries. • Monitor service health, prevent abuse, and ensure security. • Improve our service through aggregated, anonymized analytics. We do not train models on your conversation data.
Your data is stored in isolated instances associated with your account. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel for service maintenance and support. Each operator's data is logically separated — one operator cannot access another's conversation data, memories, or relationship states.
PresenceCore routes LLM calls through your configured providers, which may include: • OpenAI (GPT models, embeddings) • Anthropic (Claude models) • xAI (Grok models) • Stripe (payment processing) These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We share only the data necessary to generate responses (prompts and conversation context) with your configured LLM provider. We do not share your stored memories, relationship states, or account information with these providers beyond what is required for API calls.
Your data is retained while your account is active. Conversation logs, memories, and relationship states persist across billing cycles to maintain continuity. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to: • Access your data through the console. • Export your conversation logs, memories, and character configurations. • Delete your account and all associated data. • Correct inaccurate account information. • Opt out of aggregated analytics (contact us to request). To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form or at support.
We use minimal cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Authentication tokens are stored as HTTP-only cookies and are not accessible to third parties.
PresenceCore is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the console. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us through the contact form on our website or through the support console after registration.
